Bookings and payments

A booking is confirmed only after Dream Big Travels issues written confirmation and receives the required payment. Supplier-specific cancellation and refund terms will be shared before payment.

Traveller responsibilities

Travellers are responsible for valid identification, permits, visas where applicable, health requirements and arriving on time for confirmed services.

Changes

Weather, safety, transport disruption or circumstances beyond our control may require itinerary changes. We will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives.
